Saundersfoot, Incline, Sewage Scheme

A housing development was in full swing in saundersfoot, on an area of land that had major gradients as part of its lanscapes. The scheme itself had been 10% complete this included a holding tank and some of the pipe in the open easy access area, when we took the contract on the access was behind houses, and on steep inclines in more open areas. All to sewage for adoption standards with one chamber being 4m deep.The completion date was quite tight to our programme, we eventually completed the scheme two days early.
Haulage Logistics, material supply to gas pipeline, in Pembrokeshire and carmarthenshire

As well as maintaining our existing client base satisfied with supply of quarry material from our sister company Bleancilgoed Quarry, we had been awrded to supply material to the prestigious LNG Pipeline scheme, as you can imagine the ammount of material used to bed these huge diameter pipes are colossal, so the logistics team did a fantastic job coordinating resources to drive and 16 out of our own fleet of road haulage vehicles to supply meet the demands of the project.
Re surfacing schemes for 'A' roads in Carmarthenshire
July 2007
We were privileged to win a highways resurfacing scheme from Carmarthenshire County Council, on various A roads in the county to plane the existing surface then machine lay new wearing course tarmac in its place, we had our most experienced team on the project which was carried out with great enthusiam and precision to the satisfaction of the general public that it effected and the council for which it was completed.
The scheme was planned month in advance with in depth liaison with the Council and the general public, to ensure minimum disruption was experienced.
framework Utility schemes

We were awarded a longterm framework deal with Enterprise / BT Open reach to carry out the civil enginering elements of BT work within a designated area -Pembrokeshire, and parts of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. As part of the framework we have undertaken both minor and major schemes up to 6km in length. We feel our partnership approach to such frameworks will bode well with other utility bodies in the near future.

aberearon demolition project, a great success

Recently we have undertaken a building removal project in Aberearon School, once the windows were stripped and asbestos tested, removed in sheet form and bagged away to licensed disposal unit, the big guns were moved in our demolition gang it was planned to detail as to the removal procedure and went very well. We had offered to process the brick and concrete element on site and left for future use but this was not to be, and our steel bodied lorries came in to remove the once teaching block from site
